What a Moment!
A Father's Rejoice

Its February 16th 2010.

Its around 5am, Early in the morning. I say:
"Start to office! Are you ready ?"

He responds:
"Not yet!" (I find his voice vibrates slightly and I also find it irregular).

I repeat:
"Get ready and start to my home. We'll go together"
and greet "See you in some time" on the call and it ends.

He calls me again in few minutes and tells me "Birth Pains were started for my wife" (Lucky, Vicky's wife is in hospital)

I feel little tensed but can't express on phone. I say "Wow! That's great news!" Because the baby girl sees the world before the delivery date (the actual delivery date is 11 days after this day). I feel like its too early. That's the reason why I am little puzzled, worried and pray god to make things happen as smoothly as they are expected. I pray god to feel the pains of my sister and request to give her immense energy. All my thoughts happen with in that moment. Thinking about it, I disconnect the call - Not even asking him whether he is going to start from his place to see his wife. Now I understand why his voice was trembled for the first time.

I meditate for a while and Pray in silence.

He calls me again and requests if I can drop him at the railway station. I feel like its my pleasure and start from home. Everything happens as expected. I make fun in the car as if its like any other morning. Everyone's sure it's not.

Now in Office, I get a call at around 7:50am in the morning, this time he is in the train and says: "My little girl sees the world"


I can feel his voice trembles again but this time with Joy. One cannot express this feeling in words - I am sure. My friend and sister get more than thrilled by this gift of nature. I feel relaxed in the office.

What a moment to Share!

This is the moment of two little eyes sees the world and feel the first cosmic ray.

This is the moment of nature which describes a physical body and soul put together - Only god know the process of creation.

This is the moment when everyone appreciate god for his creation.

This is moment of a father and mother's birth, whose joy knew no boundaries - The birthday of a Father, Mother and the Little girl.



Now, I send mail to everyone in the office saying:
"Trivikram blessed with a baby girl and both mother and baby are doing fine"

I also send the same message from my mobile to few best friends.


What a moment to share!
